Legal/Property Descriptions

Many times surveyors are called upon to write up legal/property descriptions for properties or easements. These descriptions are a mathematical dialogue written within the framework of trigonometric principles that can be used to draft up a property or piece of land. Maybe the property description is vague or unknown.  Therefore, a boundary survey along with a legal description can correct that so that the title becomes free and clear of discrepancies.

Perhaps an easement is needed for ingress/egress to a property or for a new cell phone tower; a description can be written to legally define that space on the land for current and future use.
