ALTA/ACSM surveys are similar to house location surveys, but differ in that they are for the transfer or refinancing of commercial properties. They still show all of the improvement on the land, but the process in which they are surveyed and drafted are governed by a strict set of regulations set by the ACSM that we strictly adhere to.
